Reviews

Clients · chosen by Camille Reyes

What it’s like to work together.

She priced our home $40k above what two other agents suggested, and it sold in nine days. She had the data to back every number.
Marisa & Tom D. · Bungalow Heaven
We were relocating from out of state and saw twelve homes in a weekend. Camille knew which streets flooded, which had permits pulled, all of it.
Priya S. · South Pasadena
The marketing was a different league — the property site, the video, the mailers. Our neighbors asked who we hired.

What you can hold us to

The commitments that come with the work.

  • Weekly written update

Every Friday while your home is listed: showings, feedback, and what I am changing next.

  • Cancel any time

If the work is not what I described, end the agreement. No fee, no argument.

  • You approve the price

I bring the evidence and a recommendation. The number on the listing is yours.

  • Your call answered

Same day, every day, including the ones a transaction likes to fall apart on.

Common Questions

Answered before you have to ask.

What does it cost to sell with you?
Commission is negotiable and always has been. I will quote mine in writing before you sign anything, alongside what it pays for — photography, staging consultation, print, and the marketing that actually reaches buyers for your street.
How long will my home take to sell?
In this market the honest answer is a range, not a date. I will show you the last six months of closed sales for homes like yours, what they listed at, and what they actually took — then we set an expectation from that rather than from a number I would like to be true.
Should I make repairs before listing?
Some pay for themselves and most do not. I walk the house with you first and mark the short list that changes what a buyer offers, then we stop. Spending money on the rest is the most common way sellers lose it.
Do I have to sign anything to talk to you?
No. A first conversation, a walk-through, and a written opinion of value cost nothing and commit you to nothing.

On your own site each of these is its own page — linked from a Tools menu in your nav, and built to hand you the visitor's whole scenario when they ask you to check it. Try one.

Estimated rate 6.750% 30-year fixed, from the Freddie Mac survey average of 2026-09-10 (last figure we could read), adjusted for that credit range.

Monthly payment

$4,729

$600,000 borrowed at 6.750% over 30 years. Principal and interest are $3,892 of it — the rest is what owning the house costs whether or not there is a loan on it.

Principal & interest$3,892
Property tax$688
Homeowner's insurance$150
Total monthly$4,729

15-year vs 30-year

30-year at 6.750%

$3,892

$800,972 interest over the life

15-year at 6.125%

$5,104

$318,675 interest over the life

The 15 costs $1,212 more each month and saves $482,297 in interest. Principal and interest only — taxes, insurance and HOA are the same either way.
